All of which means you can deplane in San Francisco nipped, tucked, pampered, and rested, and ready scream for Linkin's Chester Bennington to do that funky thing he does. No wonder celebs like Hilary Swank, Kim Cattrall, Chynna Phillips and Leonard Nimoy fly charter style.
