Today marks the opening day of the Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at Blue Star Jets Field. Headed by Strategic Group, the season begins today and will continue for six consecutive Saturdays, ending August 28nd, 2010. The matches will take place from 4pm - 6pm each Saturday and there will be an invitation-only reception in the VIP tent before the matches. (The hors d'oeuvres at the reception are delicious and the reality tv celeb spotting is even better.)

Season partners include: Mercedes-Benz, SWAGG, Blue Star Jets, Ralph Lauren, Patron, La Societe Stella Artois, Smart Water, Pop Chips, Coca-Cola, Bertaud Belieu Wines, Jarlsberg® cheese, Zino Platinum Cigars, Crumbs Cupcakes and Bakery, Financial Times, Susan Foster Jewelry and Hamptons Magazine.

A portion of proceeds from the Mercedes-Benz Bridgehampton Polo Challenge will go to South Fork Breast Cancer Coalition.
